Since moving to Wanaka in 2005, Phil Wilson has already established himself as a successful Licensed Real Estate Salesperson in Wanaka, Luggate and Hawea. Phil works under the umbrella of Professionals Wanaka Wide Realty Ltd MREINZ, licensed real estate agent.
Phil enjoys the lifestyle this beautiful region offers and prides himself on his ability to match clients with compatable properties. He believes that honesty and integrity are an important part of selling Real Estate and thrives on the challenge of negotiating a successful deal.
Phil's interests outside of work include gardening, dabbling in the sharemarket, looking after his dog Mika and following all kinds of sport in the media. Phil has played table tennis, tennis, cricket, and soccer for many years and enjoys the occassional round of golf. Phil is also now a proud grandfather of baby Joshua who lives with his parents in Christchurch.
Phil is married to Barbara and they have two grown up sons. After initially working as an accountant after moving to Wanaka, Barbara now helps Phil in the Real Estate business and is also a licensed Real Estate Salesperson.
